Concrete mixer trucks are far more than just "driving and delivering materials". They are a "mobile factory" and the core link connecting fixed mixing plants and dynamic construction sites. A concrete mixer truck is essentially a combination of a "mobile concrete mixer" and a "concrete storage tank". Its core tasks are: 1) Receiving ready-mixed concrete; 2) Stir slowly during transportation to prevent concrete from solidifying and segregation. 3) After arriving at the construction site, carry out forward rotation unloading or reverse rotation (with auxiliary stirring) discharging as required.
The main working principle: The rotational power of the mixing drum comes from the engine of the car. The power transmission path (principle) is as follows: engine → power take-off (PTO) → hydraulic pump → hydraulic motor → reducer → mixing drum. This is a typical conversion process from mechanical energy to hydraulic energy and then to mechanical energy. The hydraulic pump, motor and reducer are the core components of the mixer truck.
