To ensure that the number and capacity of small excavators meet the needs of field operations, the capacity of the dump truck should be an integer multiple of the capacity of the excavator bucket.

Equipment status

To ensure that the small excavator is in a good technical state, including the working performance of the power engine, the reliability of the hydraulic system and the wear resistance of the bucket teeth.

Load maximization 

Find the maximum load point during the excavation, that is, the position that forms a 90 degree Angle between the cylinder piston rod and the rocker arm, to obtain the highest transmission efficiency.

Two-way loading

If site conditions permit, the left and right two-way loading method can be used, that is, the excavator first rotates to one side to load a dump truck, and then rotates to the other side to load another dump truck, so as to improve loading efficiency.
