1.Only trained and qualified personnel are allowed to operate the vehicle.
2. Obey traffic rules and keep a sufficient safe distance from other vehicles.
3. Regularly check for any oil leakage, liquid leakage, deformation, loosening or other conditions. Neglecting inspection will shorten the service life of vehicles and, in severe cases, may lead to accidents. Make sure to replace the "safety components" during regular inspections. Wipe off all the oil, grease or water on the pedal and control lever.
When checking the battery, smoking or any sparks or flames are strictly prohibited from approaching the battery.
5. The working surface of the prime mover is a solid and flat cement road, asphalt road or concrete road. When there is snow, ice, water or other foreign objects or obstacles on the road surface, the snow, ice, water and foreign objects should be completely removed before the operation is carried out. Otherwise, it may lead to the vehicle losing control and cause personal safety accidents. Possible.
In case of a malfunction, the vehicle must be stopped, a "Danger" or "Malfunction" sign hung on it, the key removed, and the time reported to the management personnel at the same time. The vehicle can be used only after the fault has been eliminated.
7. In case of sudden malfunctions, battery electrolyte leakage, brake fluid leakage, tire air leakage, etc. when going uphill or downhill, personnel should be organized immediately for emergency repair. Operators must wear safety helmets, work shoes and work clothes.
8. Explosive gas will be produced inside the battery. No flame is allowed to approach the battery. After charging the battery and adding electrolyte, the car should be carefully washed with water. Do not bring tools close to the battery terminals to avoid sparks or short circuits.
9. The road on which the vehicle travels shall be a solid and flat concrete surface or a similar road suitable for vehicle travel. Check the ground conditions of the operation site in advance.
Vehicles must not operate in flammable and explosive environments. The vehicle is not equipped with a fire extinguisher. The storage of fire extinguishers should be convenient for use. Staff members should be familiar with the storage locations of fire extinguishers and their usage methods.
11. Before starting, honk the horn to make sure there is no one around. Overloading is strictly prohibited.
12. Do not drive, stop or turn sharply. The maximum turning speed is controlled at one third of the maximum operating speed.
13. Do not use the tractor under adverse weather conditions such as sandstorms, snow, lightning, heavy rain or typhoons, especially when the wind speed exceeds 5m/s. Uneven ground and damaged wheels can cause the tractor to vibrate and produce noise.
14. When a 4x2 tractor breaks down, the vehicle should be moved to a place that does not impede traffic. If it is caused by the braking system and the steering system, it should be transported away with a suitable vehicle. For other reasons, please use an appropriate vehicle for towing. When towing, pull the rope on the outside of the vehicle body. The power plug must be unplugged when towing.
15. There are warning signs and operation instructions on the vehicle. When operating, please abide by the requirements of this user and maintenance manual and the vehicle label. Inspect the signs, signboards and directional signs, and replace those that are damaged or fallen off.
16. The tires have split rims. When inflating and replacing them, the following requirements must be strictly followed.
17. It is strictly prohibited to drive diagonally or turn on the slope, otherwise the tractor is at risk of overturning.
When turning, the speed of the tractor should be controlled below 5 kilometers per hour. If the vehicle starts to roll over, don't consider jumping off. The speed at which a vehicle rolls is much faster than the speed at which you jump, spread your feet, and then hold the steering wheel with both hands to secure yourself in place.
