(2) Pay attention to and check whether the connection and fastening between the upper and lower support of the hydraulic cylinder of the dump truck and the connecting rod mechanism are reliable. Observe whether the moving parts and their adjacent fixed parts have abnormal damage or deformation;

(3) Check the sound condition of the dump truck, subframe, spare tire frame, etc., and pay special attention to check whether the weld has welding, cracking and other phenomena;

(4) Check the working or wear condition of moving parts such as gear pump, force extractor, hydraulic cylinder, etc., and carry out maintenance, repair and replacement of wearing parts.

(1) The high-pressure hose of the dump truck must be replaced every two years, if the hose is found cracked or damaged or local expansion should be replaced in time;

(2) Should often check whether the dumping mechanism of the dump truck has gas leakage and oil leakage phenomenon. When filling hydraulic oil, check whether the filter installed at the refueling port is damaged, and replace it if necessary to avoid mixing impurities, so that the hydraulic components accelerate wear or early damage. It is strictly prohibited to mix hydraulic oil of different grades and fill hydraulic oil that does not meet the requirements of the manual.

(3) The engagement and separation of the force extractor and gear pump of the dump truck should be regularly checked to avoid the accidental lifting of the compartment caused by incomplete separation. Under the working state, attention should also be paid to whether the vehicle has abnormal noise or excessive temperature abnormal phenomenon, if necessary, timely elimination, to avoid premature damage to the force extractor, gear pump, valve, etc.

(4) When repairing the dump truck, it is necessary to check the working face of the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder to see if there are any bruises, scratches and other phenomena. If there is timely dressing or replacement, otherwise the working performance of the hydraulic cylinder will be significantly reduced.

(5) Often check whether the locking mechanism of the rear compartment of the dump truck is reliable, and adjust to a reasonable automatic opening and closing Angle to prevent accidents caused by accidental opening or failure to open the rear compartment when lifting; When dumping large materials, the rear compartment should be removed to avoid damaging the rear compartment.

(6) When overhauling the dump truck, pay attention to cleaning to prevent debris from entering the hydraulic system, so as to avoid wearing components, blocking valves, etc., resulting in decreased performance.

(7) If the dump truck is out of use for a long time, it should be checked according to the inspection content of the new car before reuse, and it can be used again after passing the inspection.

(8) Often check whether the connection between the chassis girder and the subframe is reliable, whether the U-bolt and shear iron are loose, whether the gasket, rubber pad or rubber pad block is fixed firmly, if there is loosening and dislocation, it must be tightened and reset.

(9) The hydraulic oil must be kept clean and replaced regularly and in time. The hydraulic oil is deposited for 48 hours before being injected into the tank, and the filtration accuracy of the hydraulic oil is <25μm. The tank should be cleaned regularly to remove sediment. Hydraulic oil should be replaced regularly according to deterioration, but the maximum replacement period is one year)
