Therefore, in order to avoid unnecessary losses:

1, before starting, check whether the circulating cooling water in the water tank is sufficient, if not enough should be filled. When the temperature is too high, all the hot water in the tank should be replaced with cold water, because the heating of the unit depends on the water cycle to dissipate the heat.
2, the summer sun exposure is the root of temperature rise, so the driver friends must park the car in a cool place with strong air mobility, the rolling leaf doors and Windows should be fully opened and ventilated when the generator set is working, and the heat dissipation advantage factor should be increased; Do not let the unit exposed to the sun! The generator set should not operate in a high temperature environment exposed to the sun, so as to prevent the generator body from heating up too fast and causing failure!
3, do not run the diesel engine for a long time, stop the unit every 1 hour to rest for a while, so as to avoid wear and tear caused by the unit operating in a high temperature environment (the diesel engine of the generator set does work for high-speed compression, long-term high temperature operation will damage the cylinder).
4, in addition, should frequently clean and replace the three filters (diesel filter, oil filter, air filter), the use of high-clean regular diesel and oil.
