The engine drives the hydraulic pump through the transmission and power take-off device. The hydraulic tilting mechanism of the vehicle compartment is composed of the fuel tank, hydraulic pump, distribution valve, lifting hydraulic cylinder, control valve and oil pipe, etc.

In the event of such an operational error, when the dump truck is in motion, as the power take-off is in the "engaged" position, the lift oil pump will operate at high speed for a long time without load in the "small circulation" state. This leads to a rapid rise in the oil temperature of the hydraulic oil, which can easily cause damage to the oil seal of the oil pump and even result in the oil pump "burning out". What is more serious is that the operation of the oil pump means that the hydraulic system has a power source, and during driving, accidents such as the automatic lifting of the vehicle compartment are prone to occur.
4. The power take-off for driving must not be in the "connected" position. If it is in the "connected" state (with the red light on), the oil pump will continue to rotate, and the hydraulic system will have a power source. This may cause the vehicle compartment to lift automatically due to misoperation on the pneumatic control valve. At this time, even if the pneumatic distribution valve is in the "descending" position, oil will still enter the oil pump, which will cause the oil pump to burn out.
